So any new hire has to be rationalized by what you need to have done. But overlooking the needs of the future would be a mistake too. If your requirements are short term; you may want to consider temporary help. But a new hire that will be full-time and permanent has to also fit in with your future expectations. Anyone handling the hiring needs to have this mindset.

Although this is probably something that does not require outside help, you might want to pass it along because you do not have everything that is needed to get the job done. But, it would be a smart move to let another professional handle it for you. This is an investment in your business that will pay for itself for years to come.
